There are no refunds and no cancellations on payments or orders.
You must keep in mind that the order cancellation only applies before the payment authorization has been made. Once the payment is authorized, the order cannot be canceled.
Once the order is received and the payment is made, the buckle’s design is created and goes into production.
As each buckle is specifically made for each of our clients, once the payment is made, there is no refund, and once the design is authorized for production, there will be no cancellations or changes.
No refunds will be made for the purchase. If the product shows a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced by a new one.
